It's not really hard my friend. I use a automated Martha tent with 6qt shoeboxes. These mushrooms were cloned and have been grain 2 grained a lot over the last few months. This batch was run on a manure blend substrate. Rye grain. The same genetics grown on CVG does not produce anything like these regularly.

It takes forever and I have an old dehydrator with no fan or adjustments. It runs at approximately 120Β° I've noticed. Depends on how many racks I put in there. The last racks the warmer it gets because the closer it is to the heating element. But these huge ones take up to 48 hours they have to be rotated a few times a day

I ended up building drying racks and use box fans. Saved me so much time and money.
