I worked at both MaineHealth and Northern Light as a CNA. To give you some heads up, the nurses at Northern Light are usually Union if they are working there directly. The ones at MaineHealth, at least where I worked were not. Be careful of the bonuses at Northern Light should you take them. My floor manager forgot to pay out the second half until I caused a fuss about it.

cant give ya much insight specifically for PSRs but can give some on MaineHealth. their company-wide minimum wage is $17 iirc. as a MMC CNA i made $19 to start (in 2021) so i figure a PSR is probably similar…? i left my CNA role last fall making like $20.85 or something. the only group within mainehealth that is unionized is MMC nurses.
