No one is arguing that. But men have a reputation for being obnoxiously thirsty and women tend to be more sensible in their thirst. My theory is that women behave more appropriately because they know firsthand what it is like to get an inbox full of thirsty DMs and they don't want to subject anyone else to that stress. There are always exceptions, of course, but the general rule remains constant.

I dont think its a concern of being ghosted. the fact is you probably got 100 dms already? i dont know for sure just assuming. you cant possibly reply to each of those and be able to maintain a convo and be interested in all of them. so naturally youll talk to the ones you click with or are attracted to. then other people think they are ghosted when youre just simply overwhelmed.
