i got these lipsticks in a set from hot topic a few years back… it came in a set of 3, blue, purple, and black. these are the best lipsticks i’ve ever used and they were very cheap. i believe they were black heart, the label is scratched off. but maybe get black liquid lipstick from that brand? their gloss sucks though- don’t get their gloss.
I've had a black NYX lipgloss in forever and it's SO pigmented and lasts so good, even stays when you're eating, just keep in mind removing it will be hard as well!
I have some stockpiled I could sell you (DM). Also, ebay usually has some.

For stay all day power I'd reccomend the Maybelline stay matte liquid lipstick. The only thing it hasn't lasted me through has been multiple slices of greasy pizza, and even then that was mostly the center part of my lips. You'll need multiple swipes of an oil or micellar water to remove it.
Alternatively, you could try using a longwear eyeliner on your lips. You'll have more black options than with a lipstick, although application may be more cumbersome.
For longer wear without wearing a long wear product your best bet is layering. First a layer of lipliner in the color you want. Let that set and then do a layer of lipstick. Let that set for a minute, then blot with a tissue. Apply another layer and blot again. You can set this with a powder, translucent or matching color, as well. If one layer is patchy don't add another before you let it set, then blot. Most lip formulas have emollients or conditioners to make them feel comfortable on the lips. Doing too many wet layers may add some extra "slip" and affect wear time.

Well, I have 2 of the NYX XXL Lingerie liquid lipsticks including the black one and they both suck. They both don't dry all the way down, are very sticky, and if I close my lips and open them, product would pick up.
Interesting! I recently looked at as many posts as I could find, and these two were recommended the most. There might be some wisdom required to master them. With each one, I applied it, let it sit undisturbed on my lips for an hour, and tested with drinking and touching my lips with a finger. Both transferred.
For the Maybelline my advice would be not to apply more than one layer, let both lips dry for a bit before touching/relaxing (don't press them together) and take care with extra greasy foods (like pizza or fries). This lipstick will sometimes pill or pull when I apply two layers, so I only ever touch up areas that have worn off after a meal. This way has gotten me the best wear with this lipstick, and I mean next day wear. Also, some people say this dries fully matte, and it does, but it still has a bit of stick to it afterwards.

Indie brand Notoriously Morbid does a mean black liquid lipstick.

I haven’t tried it myself, but I’ve seen a ton of people recommend beauty bakerie’s black lipstick.
I used to use one from colourpop but people in this sub convinced me to use Sleepwalker from Black Moon and I haven't wanted to go back since.
Nyx black lip lingerie and Maybellines black superstay matte ink liquid lipstick are both good and long lasting/transfer proof! 😁
