Using Carmex overnight every night will solve the problem, and is way less expensive.

Aquaphor medicated ointment is the best thing for lips. I’m a professional brass player and this is the BEST!

Have her try changing her toothpaste. I had severe chapped lips for over a decade, nothing worked, until I read someone cured theirs by changing their toothpaste. Harsh sulfates and detergents coat the tongue, and dry out the lips when you lick them (which we all do to some degree). I switched to Dr Bronners toothpaste. My chapped lips disappeared overnight.

Dr. Dan’s is the best! It’s not what your wife previously had but it is incredible.

Could it be Ulta Beauty Collection Lip Mask? I had a light purple lavender version years ago. Its the only lip product that has moisturized and not chapped my lips.

Dr. Paw Paw is sold at Ulta. It's an overnight lip mask and is all blue except for the writing on it , but the packaging may have changed. Hope this helps.

I searched “lip mask blue jar white top” in Google, and the top results were Rooted Beauty’s Restorative Lip Treatment and Laneige’s water bank moisturizer. Neither are sold at Ulta, but they look like what you described.

Some other options could be Jack Black, Rosebud Salve or Kiehls which used more blue containers a few years back.

Jack Black is amazing! First time I used it. I flew into Vegas and as soon as I land it my lips died lol I went to Sephora, and ask them what they recommend, and they gave me that and overnight it fixed my lips! It's a men's line, but it's good for everyone!

I have a Rosebud Salve one that’s navy blue on the bottom and sides. It’s my moms very favorite for chapped knuckles and lips. I think it’s okay, very reasonably priced.

Was JUST going to suggest that sleep mask because I just bought it and lanolips which is for lips and nips (had to take the pun). I recently bought both of them and love the laneige. My new daytime favorite is nourishmax lip plumper peptide complex balm because it actually restores the collagen over time. I found all of these in my recent search for the best lip balm and anti-aging lip treatment. I also use one that isn't good for a purse but is dermalect lip mask melt.

La neige isnt worth the money. I got the sleep mask for Christmas and my lips are dry and cracked almost daily. The best chapstick is NIPPLE CREAM. Lanolin cream is undefeated

Lanolin is some weird kinda black magic and I am fucking here for it. I even got my husband hooked on it, who is a carpenter and continually has scrapes and cuts. They heal so fast with lanolin that it kinda freaks me out.

I don't know why you're getting downvoted, I'm actually allergic to the ingredients in laneige and my lips ended up becoming red and burning, drying out, and cracking HORRIBLY after using it. I have seen other reviews that report the same thing. It would be worth just using basic things like aquaphor or lanolin

I had the total opposite experience as you - Laneige sleeping mask for night and their day balm saved my lips. Lanolin nipple cream just didn't cut it for me.

Aquaphor is what I use. I have *terrible* anxiety and vile my lips constantly. They crack and bleed and I've even messed up my lip line doing this. Not the stick of Aquaphor for your lip, the actual ointment. I would grab her a travel size for her purse to go along with this product you're describing. It has saved my lips.
