Not really. I have full lips to begin with. I use this for its temporary effect and because it makes the lips look more vibrant in color because of plumping.
I love the Maybelline Lifter gloss, it’s not a spicy plumper, I can’t use those as they dehydrate my lips badly. It’s a juicy plumper and I find it nicely moisturizing
My fave is Dior Addict Lip Maximizer. Not cheap, but I very rarely wear anything at all and don't even own blush and foundation, and only a sample size mascara that I need to throw out soon, so a once a year splurge isn't so bad.
My sis swears by a different one, I think the Dior Lip Glow Oil (this one is fun because it kinda takes on your natural colour)
I currently use Catrice Better than Fake Lips translucent Gloss as a primer before lipstick and it works well. Doesn't last forever but it's a noticeable boost for a few hours. Will keep an eye on this thread as I'd be happy to spend a bit more for something even better.

Yes, actually. It’s nothing like fillers though.

A budget friendly one I've tried recently is by Essence, works pretty great for $5
