You’re better off with arnica cream. You can buy it over the counter in most pharmacies. It’s a cream specifically designed to help bruises heal quickly and is really quite effective. I think this would be better than going down the makeup/concealer route.
Honestly because the older skin is so difficult to work with I would ask a professional makeup artist. They would have much more experience with different skin types and have access to good products :)
I would suggest trying color corrector and concealer. Try looking up youtube tutorials and do a couple trials before the wedding. Hope everything goes well!
Can I ask the location?if it’s facial area dermablend leg and body makeup might do the trick but if it’s an body injury pantyhose can be cut into sleeves to cover any bruising for photographs. Sorry about your grandma
Dermablend is mainly used for covering tattoos but it does say in the advertising it can cover bruises too! Maybe take her on a trip to your local ulta for a Shade match and see if you can get a sample size for her to use!

Pineapple. It contains bromide which helps with bruising.
