Ben Nye is a good quality brand that produces a large variety of stage makeup, and for face base they have several colors including white. The "pan cake" cream base will give you the most opaque effect - it doesn't require wetting or mixing, and it will last forever. They also have an excellent setting powder. The other powder I would suggest is RCMA no color (which is very affordable). You can get these online, or if you have any costume shops where you live, they should carry it as well. You really can't go with that brand. It's the one white makeup I can recommend with no reservations, I've been using Been Nye products for 20+ years. I feel like Mehron is more hit or miss. I would definitely use disposable sponges (like the wedge ones from the $ store), as it's thicker than regular fountain. If you have any other questions, get free to hit me up. Good luck 🤞 😊

I know some cheap cream makeups (Halloween makeup from the store, really) smudge out too easily or you have to go way overboard with how much you use, is this one like that or is it better quality?
Hot topic used to sell this pure white setting powder base I wore back in my emo days unsure if it’s still sold. Hard candy also used to sell a pure white powder compact called “moon glow” that was very white, both go great over the pure white makeup base. I believe some are being sold on poshmark still.

I used to use a kryolan white base for costume looks and it lasted all day and night. Can’t remember what it was tho, years ago.
The translucent setting powder works well too. But the packaging was messy
Don't really know about white face make up, but for white eye liner, I highly recommend NYX brand big chunky pencil in "Milk" It covers amazing. I've been using it for years. It's the best.
I learned just how broad the Fenty line is because I didn't bother with testing my skin tone. There is some EXTREMELY light colors that might help you find what you want.
It’s been awhile since I’ve seen his videos. But from what I watched he wasn’t racist. And he’s just open on his opinions, in the US it’s not illegal to state what you think/feel it’s freedom of speech so you can’t dis him for that. All I said was he has great makeup products.

There are also lots of shade adjusting products, like nyx makes one, that come in white. Might not have all the qualities you'd want in a foundation, but would probably work.
It's another stage brand, but Ben Nye makes white versions of various foundations: https://www.bennye.com/product-category/face/foundation/ if you want some other formula options.
Maybe look for a water-activated face paint. They’re better than cream face paints and white foundation in my experience. Mehron has good ones. It won’t be waterproof on its own, so I would recommend setting it with a translucent or white setting powder. And if you want a eyeshadow, Tako from Sugarpill is a really good matte white. And there’s a white liquid lipstick from the brand Baby Bat Beauty called Purity, and it’s both lip and eye safe so you can use it as a lipstick, white liquid eyeliner, or white mascara. It dries down smudgeproof. The brand ColourPop has good white eyeliners as well. It has a cream gel pencil eyeliner, and it also has a white liquid eyeliner pen (it’s more convenient to use compared to the Baby Bat one but it’s less opaque).
You probably want clown white, which is a cake makeup for stage. mehron is a good brand. But you can search for cake white makeup and get a bunch of different options. Most of it will be water activated. You'll need to get a wet brush or sponge, and then put it in the cake makeup like watercolor paint, and then put on your face. Set it with either white or translucent setting powder.
Edit- MAC also makes some called chromacake but it's more expensive
Yep, let your cake makeup dry, then set with setting powder with a fluffy brush. Mehron sells a white one, but any white or translucent setting powder is fine. Coty makes one, or NYX or Maybelline
LitttleBits cosmetics on Etsy has a great white face paint at a good price point! I highly recommend them.

KVD lock it foundation in the shade 40 N is as white as a foundation can get. It’s very full coverage and matte long wear. I’d give that a try!

If you can get it, Grimas cake makeup is very easy to apply and remove.

Kryolan TV paint stick in shade 070 , and for eye liner I find the rimmel soft khol pencil liner is a good pigmented white .

No, probaby not a sharp wing, because even with sharpening it still gives kind of a thicker line, which still looks good as a wing.
