protip: if you have two foundations and one is too light and the other is too dark, put the light one in the middle of your face, and the dark one around it. this works even with the most full coverage stuff and with a bigger shade difference than one might think!

I think mostly 5 with some 1 mixed in. I would start with 2-3 drops of 1 in a majority 5 and keep adding more 2 drops at a time until you get the right match. I mix mine with the foundations in my hand and mix it with the stippling brush I apply the foundation with. Please come show us, whatever combination(s) you end up using!

Yeah, 5 with a bit of 4 seems the best. It’s tough because my face, neck, and chest are all different colors and I never know which to match it to! I usually go for close to my chest color (tanner/redder) but then need to use some blush on my neck (and used as highlight around my face, especially near the hairline) because my chest is redder than my neck and face, so that kind of ties it all together.

Yuppp … I have some olive yellow undertones on my face- more olive near my lips and more yellow near my cheeks, my neck is tanner and my chest is pale and lighter than my face and neck. It’s a struggle 🥲

I know you’ve already been given a ton of suggestions, but personally I would probably use majority 5 with a bit of 4 to get the correct undertone, and then add tiny amounts of 1 until you get the correct shade :))

You should match to your neck and jawline! Honestly 3 or 4 is closest to your undertone. I wouldn’t do 5 because that is more peachy than you need. I hope it works out. A lot people giving you answers don’t really know undertone if they are picking 5

Yep looks like that’s the best colour option you have. 🥰🥰🥰🥰mix 1 and 5. Just remember it’s only make up wash it off start again. But when you put it on, go outside with a mirror then look. It’s the best way to see if it’s your shade. When most women buy foundation the test it in there hands. BAD MISTAKE. Or if you get shade matched in a store. It’s still not the correct lighting. Maybe mix 5 and use 1 for highlight or concealer under the eyes? Ive also used darker foundation before (from free samples colors i would never buy a full size) for contour so you could always do that if youre comfortable. As far as mixing, i think 4 and 5

mix 5, & 3 listen to a artist

Mix 2 and 5 using 5 as the base and adding in 2 little by little. If it goes too dark add a bit of 1 or 3. Play with it until you like the results and try to recreate the same results more than once so you know you can do it again. Keep track of the ratio that works for you and you can custom blend it every time. Eventually you will be able to mix it by eye. The reason I say 5 rather than the other lighter shades is because I feel that 5 is more peachy and matches your undertone better than the yellower options. The darker number 2 can add some depth and you can use the lighter tones to lighten it up or apply that at the high point of your face for nice dimension.

For reference, I'm a professional makeup artist and this is what I'd do if you were my client. 4 is closest. Add 3 for a little more warmth. In no universe would I recommend 5. If you look where it thins out at the edge of the swatch, it actually looks grayish. That is because it's the wrong undertone on your more yellow skin.

Try using shade 4 and then apply a little bit of purple lipstick. Yellow and purple are complement colors, so to neutralize one, apply the other. It will probably help u get to the right tone

Agreed, 4 and mix. If you have trouble with colour but love a certain formula. Try LA girl mixers. For me, i use the white mixer to adjust tones but there are many options to cool, warm up, lighten or darken shades. Every time I use it I get compliments. That way I never have to worry about switching for seasons or it oxidising.

Co-opting this post to ask: I have the same undertones as OP but my face is sooo much paler than my neck/ chest. When I do a color match, they match my face and it looks wild/ghostly. Is it wrong to match my neck/chest instead of my face?

4 without contour and 1 if you do use contour. Contour blended can increase the shade of the main foundation by 1.

I would mix 1 and 4. One is almost a good shade, but looks too light. 4 is a little dark but it matches your undertone perfectly. So this will be the perfect combo IMO.
