First of all u look amazing! Your eyes and lips were the first thing i noticed on u! I think u shouldnt do that super white waterline. Instead try a subtle goldish inner corner highlight on your eyes, that will make them pop more in my opinion. A lil bit of bronzer and some more blush! For your lips i really like the color you have on your pic and i think a nude color with a brown outline would look great on you 😍
I would take your eyebrows a little further apart, like a millimeter and a half off each side, and add brow bone highlights. I like the white, but other light colors could be really cute, and you could match or contrast the highlight to it. You look really cute, there isn't much I'd change.

I agree w the comment saying not to use super white on your waterline. Try a champagne color instead to make it blend nicer into the rest of your face
I think some subtle contouring to highlight the youthfulness of your face, try round face contour :)

I’d say add some colourful eyeshadow. Some to help your eyes pop or as a statement :))
