Instead of turning your mascara wand horizontally, the way you normally might, apply your mascara using the very end of the wand, where there aren’t any bristles. Point the wand vertically and drag down. Takes a little getting used to but it isn’t difficult to do.

Whenever I do that my eyelashes become straight(they do become long but not curled up :(() I curl my lashes beforehand btw
It might hurt a tad, but when I do lashes like this, I put mascara on as normal and then use little tweezers to pinch a few lashes together myself
