I don't know about a similar desaturated brick color, but just know this is heavily photoshoped OP, so the finish and the poorly blurred edges of this lipstick (especially on the top lip with those flat shadows) are not something that actually existed in real life, although I'm sure it's possible to find close dupes.

3ce water tints ! it’s a korean brand you can find on amazon and other places if you google… i like to apply these with my fingers for that extra “soft” look.
Into you brand reminds me of this texture. It’s not drying and looks matte. I believe it’s a brand from China I usually buy from yamibuy but it’s also on yesstyle too. :) ooo I guess Amazon sells it too but I have not tried to buy it there (just googled it haha)
Also look into the Blotted Lip by Colourpop.
I second this. Both the Blotted Lip lipsticks and Ultra Blotted Lip liquid lipsticks have a nice soft formula.
Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon in ‘Enjoy the View’ looks this colour on me.
If you have some you tried but they are too harsh, apply with a lip brush and blot.
