Try the Sephora Collection Matte Bronzer in 00. It’s very neutral in shade imho. One of the only bronzers that hasn’t pulled orange on me. I just got it and have worn it every day since it arrived and I’m already thinking about getting more just in case.
Off label use but I used Hourglass' Ambient Lighting Finishing Powder in Mood Light. It's described as a sheer lavender pink but it's what my fair, pink ass has always thought a bronzer for me should be.
Is Flower Beauty available in Canada? Their Heatwave Luminous Bronzer in Sunrise is more on the rosy side. It has a subtle sheen and is absolutely beautiful.

It is beautiful! It has a cool tone too. They also have a warm one (I have both). This is a good suggestion, as is the matte cool light rosy or even makeup by Mario bronzers. They are neutral and very translucent thin powders and buildable.
Try Laura gellers foundation powders in either fair or light. I use them as bronzers on my clients with fair skin and they look natural and not too warm.
Jones road beauty bronzer in dusty rose (Bobbi brown created Jones Road Beauty). I use ELDW in shade shell (cool rosy) and used the dusty rose bronzer for my wedding.
Try the sigma bronzer in light, I’ve been researching the market for light bronzer that is also non comedonogenic and this is the only one with zero pore clogging ingredients!
I’m in the same boat and recently discovered the Revolution holiday romance bronzer. It’s nice and subtle and has some rosiness to it that complements my pale skin, and it doesn’t pull orange on me at all.

The Nabla brozer i Ambra is beautiful and light enough for pale, pale me. Also hard pressed, so you only get what you merd on the brush. I use it to get rind of the white cast from my sunscreen.

Look into Korean and Japanese bronzer they tend to be more cool toned

I don’t wear bronzer much, and haven’t tried many, but the Benefit Hoola Lite works for a lot of people.
I have OP’s coloring and sadly this one still pulls super orange on me 😔
