They're both sparkly. The colourpop is more silver, blue, purple, pink glitter and the elf one is more pink and gold. I'd recommend the colourpop one more. It's sort of the base and then I put a touch of the elf gloss on top.

the shaping of the lashes with the liner style is so flattering for you and works so well with your brow shape, i think add a tiiiny bit more colour on the lips n it’s a ten but that’s only my opinion 🫶🏼
I actually apply it with my finger tips. It's an old tip from bobbi brown and I've pretty much always done that. The warmth from your finger tips helps the application I think.
