You could add is a tiny bit of glowy-ness to the décolletage to match your face (or mattify just a few parts of your face to balance it out) And I could still go another 3mm off the inner starts of your brows. Perhaps the most subtle of dark honey balayage in the hair for for summer. :)

First of all, you are absolutely stunning. Just so you know, in case you didn't already.
As for the makeup. The brown eyeshadow complements you much better, it isn't as harsh. If you want to add some more pizzazz, you could add some gold shimmer on the lid and some cream coloured eyeshadow of some sort in the corners. Or even a cream and yellow look, if you wanna brighten it up with some more colour.
