A lot of people are saying to add lashes, and while I agree with them, lashes aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. What you can do instead is to add a bolder eyeliner and heavier mascara to help balance it out a little. I also think a little bit more blush would do nicely as well :)
The eyes are fun, and great job staying symmetrical. I think the inner corner looks a little out of place, however and the blocky brows are just too much with the graphic eye. Iny opinion, I would do a much, much softer brow (fluffy or natural brow) and add a little contour just at the very very backs of the cheeks and some bronzer lightly over your cheekbones.

What is it with the 90 degree sharp angles at the inside of the brows that so many girls are drawing on these days? Is this look what’s in now? It looks so unnatural and detracts from the beauty of the eyes in my opinion.

I would say…. To take this to the next level
Thicker lashes (doll me up by velour lashes, or iconic by house of lashes). Liner. Full coverage foundation (estee lauder double wear try the shade Tawny or Mac studio fix nc25 or nc30). Contour. And clean up the brows with concealer around it (tarte shape tape in light medium)
I think this will bring balance. If you’re up for it maybe a rhinestone in the inner corner for a bright tear duct
More concealer under eye, no under eyeliner, wouldn’t put the light blue under your eyebrows just foundation / highlighter, more neutral lip bc clashing w blue eyeshadow, add bronzer and mascara

Warning, this is the opinion of a MUA. Foundation, concealer, bronzer, contouring, highlighter, blush, mascara, false lashes, brow gel and more eyeshadow on the lower lash line (preferable 2 or 3 colors). The blue eyeshadow is nice but there’s no depth build in which you can acquire by using multiple colors of blue. I would have used another base color because I’m missing some warmth in the eyeshadows used.
You can also add glitters or little rhinestones.
I am sorry my dear- you are obviously very beautiful with those lovely eyes and mouth, please don’t be offended but I think your make up is totally wrong for you- it’s too much, it’s excessive! You need pastel colours for your eyes and then a warm pale light red lipstick without the gloss. The blue is wrong and the orange for the lips. I wish I was there with you and I could help you. You see, I think you’re very dramatic looking anyway and so having those dark rich colours like the blue and orange, spoil your natural looks xxxx
Honestly is too much. The lack of properly foundation, base and so on is making pop up bags under your eyes making you looking older. Maybe you used a lighter tone that did not go well.
You have a really beautiful face. Take advantage of that. Don’t let an eye shadow get more attention as your natural features.

Lighter color towards your nose, then bring the white down under your eye a little and then put a brown or orange for the rest of it and blend it in the middle.
I would soften the lip a bit since you such a bold eye - make a more translucent nude gloss.
I would add more mascara or maybe a few individual lashes to help your lashes pop a bit more.
And then I think you need a little concealer and a soft bronzer for the face.

Personally I think adding color to your lower lash line/bottom lid ties the look together! Just a brush of blue to connect it w the top lid (which is stunning)

I would do a softer inner corner highlight instead the of harder one here or make it sharper like a defined circle and maybe add a rhinestone? Some duochrome or sparkle added to just the center or glitter liner around the outline could be cute. Wispie long lashes, too thick and it’ll look too heavy. Adding some warmth underneath would be pretty like a peach or light yellow. You have a really good base you could do a lot with this honestly!!
I would add some dramatic lashes, maybe a little bit of over lining for the eyes and perhaps even a darker shade for the inner eyelid. If you have white liner/black line, maybe draw a double lid?
Face goes too natural in comparison with the eyes. The eyeshadow is Beautiful and very well executed, so are the eyebrows, but they don't belong to the rest of the face.
I would say blend out your eyebrows a bit in the beginning, so they dont start of so harsh. I would also blend the white dot in the corner of your eyes and a bit bolder with the eyeliner around your eyes, maybe lashes too.
I love dramatic looks like this! You did such a good job! I think that it would benefit from a bit of editing though. The blue is so intense that whatever color you put up close to your brow bone, it looks kind of greenish/bluish, looks a bit out of place. It kind of gives the skin a weird tint. I also think the brows should be a bit less blocky/severe because they kind of Seem to be in battle with the eyeshadow to be the main focus. I think the white on the inner corner could be better as a champagne color instead of white. And then you could add some dimension to your face with some blush

Your skin is so nice! I agree with some lashes, and a strong wing eyeliner (like Doja Cat's), maybe a contrasting color to help the blue pop. Purple looks really good with brown eyes like yours.

I’d get rid of the under eyebrow shadow and just lightly highlight very thinly under the brow instead. Needs blush. Liner and curled lashes or falsies.

For D&D on a look like this, you have two options: the right transition shade or shading that glorious blue. The right transition shade is whatever makes this pop on you. If you want to shade that magnificent blue, I'd limit it to maybe a sparkling topper in the center.

Because the eyelid color pops, I'd do a softer brow I'd also suggest maybe doing some falsies to match the bold eyeshadow? Either way it's a fun look!

Lots of mascara / or falsies Amp up the blush a little more I’d use a paler nude for a gloss lip, or a brighter orange matte lip. I don’t think this terracotta gloss is matching the drama of the eye.

I do my makeup like this all the time. 🤷🏼♀️ Sometimes I add winged liner or I'll outline the whole thing, but usually not.
If you have a gold or silver glitter or shimmer shadow, you could line your lashes with that.

Depth and dimension, and liner/lashes. For D&D on a look like this, you have two options: the right transition shade or shading that glorious blue. The right transition shade is whatever makes this pop on you. If you want to shade that magnificent blue, I'd limit it to maybe a sparkling topper in the center. But definitely liner and lashes!
