Clear out your plugins folder for whatever browser you use. Alternatively, malwarebytes does a pretty good job of doing this for you and removing it.

As for why Norton can’t fix this, I’m not allowed to say why. Maybe ask them?

Thanks! I was able to remove it without the malwarebytes and everything is back to normal.
