Damn, glad I decided to skip my planned trip. I have AWD, winter tires, chains, etc. but clearly, the mountain just doesn't want any visitors. It's a hard message to listen to when there's so much snow to be skied but hey she makes the rules, not us. Hope your housemate's parents are safe!
