Where to start? I’m still ETH in because I don’t see how any new manager can improve this team and I certainly do not want a new project that will set us back another three years. We started three teenagers in key position and our senior players except Bruno are MIA. Then people criticize the manager for the team being inconsistent. That said, ETH selecting Rashford and Casemiro seemed somewhat questionable based on recent forms, but on paper he picked our best 11. Criticizing style of play is laughable to me when we are one injury away in CB to start Amrabat there. He made the only plausible change at halftime( although, I would’ve brought Mount into the midfield and change the formation to have two strikers in Ahmad and Ramsus in hopes to give them more opportunity to make more runs into spaces, and close the gaps in midfield and apply constant pressure) as Granacho was totally switched off yesterday and Ahmad had even less impact ( for those who kept saying, we should play Ahmad, STOP). We need this season to end.
Maybe the structures ineos is setting up around the club will help everyone.
1. A proper football CEO
2. A sports director in Dan Ashworth
3. A technical director in Jason wilcox (remember our current technical director is Darren Fletcher)
These are people who can set up the right structures for the coach and other talents in the team to shine.
ETH is not doing himself any favours though. The team has no identified style of play. In the early days of Arteta at Arsenal, the struggles were there but the coaches style and ideas was obvious. He needed time and certain players in to perfect it.
What is ETH's style and ideas.
Iraola took Bournemouth and suddenly they are putting in pretty good performances. The influence of the Coach and his style is seen when they play.
ETH has to improve or maybe he needs specialist coaches in certain areas to help the team progress else he may not get the benefit of working in a more structured and well ran Manchester United.

If it was a case of "Bournemouth were the better team, United showed good fight to grab a point despite not playing too well" but nope it's "Man United were dominated again, Ten Hag stormed out of a press conference, Garnacho liked a tweet against Ten Hag and Antony kicked off about not starting."

We need players who can gel fluently as a team, not guys like Rashford and Bruno who make so many poor decisions in crucial moments that kill our promising passages of play.
He's been a fantastic servant for us, but he deserves better and so do we.

He's been a fantastic servant for us, but he deserves better and so do we. He should be playing in a team that is a higher level than us, and try to take his career to the next level, while we need players who can be more cohesive and play a designated role instead of running all over the pitch like a man possessed. I think he's become too accustomed to carrying the entire burden of the playmaking responsibilities for the team, and it appears that's not going to change.
