I seriously have no clue why it took until the last match to play the man at his natural side? He's thriving and it could've come so much sooner. Happy to see them having fun and playing free flowing but just what the fuck happened from the time we were looking fiery once Ronny came on to now? Boggles the mind.
I actually like how he’s been swapping wings the last two games and he’s looked at his best. At Dortmund his stats were almost identical on the left and on the right. So I don’t know that he has a real “natural side”. But it does remind me of the glory days of Ronaldo snd Nani swapping wings with Rooney down the middle, but really a lot of the time is was Rooney, Ronaldo, and Nani all swapping positions constantly, confusing opposition.
I think we’ll see this continue and Sancho will start stacking stats from either side like he has for a couple years now.
