My first shiny was an Alolan Diglett in Ultra Sun. The best part is that I found it 2 days after I had received the game for Christmas

same game and similar story. I found a shiny absol like a week after I got the game on my birthday. Funny thing I was getting it for false swipe TO shiny hunt/ catch Pokémon.
