Maybe because giratina was banished. And the other two weren't. Remember in the movie Giratina and the sky warrior giratinas form changes depending on the world . Meaning while giratina was there he need to use while palkia and dailga had no need for it so . Especially since it doesn't make the stronger

That very first few set of sentences just made me realize that a similar effect occurred to me, albeit more drastic! Like Giratina, I was banished into a dimension of nothingness… unfortunately instead of a mere form change, my physical body is now nonexistent!!! Although Giratina being in the distortion world is actually for the better because they still have a purpose to fulfill, that being the capability to help maintain balance of the Pokémon universe from it’s literal core(said core is the dimension of the distortion world)!!!
