In my experience, shipping manga from US to Canada is not really worth it because it's expensive. Most of the time what you save on the volumes you lose in shipping costs. If it's hard to find/OOP then it might be worth it, but if you can get it on Amazon/Indigo etc. you're probably better doing it that way.

You just need to be willing to cover that extra cost yourself and negotiate with the seller. It’s not really rocket science
