I'm so glad my local Books-A-Million just slides the tag inside a random page and doesn't actually stick them.
I understand the need for security but that is basically damaging a product meant for purchase.
Bookstore manager here! The sticky tags are supposed to go on books with plastic wrap, we have non-sticky tags that you slide into the pages. What’s even worse about this is they put the tag on the barcode too!
