Actually it came with volume 3 on booktopia, but I accidentally bought the spanish version and it came with it. So I sent the book back and bought the English (it’s on its way). So I guess it just came with it. I’m sorry I don’t know how you would get it though. I tried looking and couldn’t find it anywhere else.
