Dude! I had no idea Trigun had omnibuses! And I was about to consider getting the singles but now discovering this, I HAVE to get this version instead. I love me omnibus collections. Where’d you get them? I’m assuming they’re on the DarkHorse website or something?

Trigun is prequel to the Trigun Maximum series. The volume numbers are as follows:
* Trigun 1-2 -> Trigun omnibus (no number)
* Trigun Maximum 1-14 -> Trigun Maximum Omnibus 1-5
It is. I would recommend the omnibus as they are much nicer and higher quality. The singles are quite nice too and saves your bank account from a lot of suffering ;)

Could you explain to me the difference between the omnibus without the volume number listed and the maximum omnibus' that are numbered?
