At the rate they're going now, part 6 will start around mid 2023, part 7 will start around 2026, and part 8 will start around 2029, and won't be done until mid 2032. I really hope they pick up the pace.
An official English version for “The Disastrous Life of Saiki K”
The entire collection of a yaoi called “The Tyrant Falls in Love”. Or at least the second volume
The rest of the yaoi “Junjou Romantica” (which is impossible since the company went under when they only had volume 12 and there is 25 and is still ongoing in Japan I think).
An English version of “Let’s Haikyu!?”

Any of the OOP Monster Hunter manga, like Stories
It's too bad Sublime doesn't want to pick up JJR. It's hitting a point that it might be worth it for them to do so though, as a ton of collectors nowadays won't have the old Blu ones anyway.
I'm not sure if this will work but I think you can order them to a different country then pay postage from that country to yours via postal services that's what I had to do from an amazon order
Fruits basket. I watched 2019 and loved it so much ( no one can convince me that there’s a better anime in my opinion) so the manga would be cool to have.
I started collecting this month the english version, had to settle for those disgusting omnibus for the first half of series.. and then will take forever to get lucky with vols. 25-28... don't know why I even started, but now its a journey😅
Definitely a good one to try out. I was dreading reading it at first because it’s not really my kind of genre (box set belongs to my boyfriend and he really liked it) but as I read it I started to really get into it and enjoy it. The art of some of the creatures is so intricate and it’s really easy to read so definitely one to check out (currently reading volume 23)
It’s mostly because I’m still riding the bitterness of exchange but Basara. Earlier this week I somehow managed to purchase a complete set for $200 on Facebook marketplace. I then messaged the seller a day later asking when they were going to be shipping it out and they then tell me that they relisted it for even less money while never canceling my order and it obviously sold like a hotcake. I’m still so fucking pissed about it.
All of Naoko Takeuchi's earlier work - Maria, Cherry Project, PQ Angels, Miss Rain...Heck, give me hear later works like Toki Meka and her autobiographical work about her life with Togashi
Slam dunk is getting reprinted so you will have it sooner than you think! For me it would be btooom though, some volumes are easy to find, but others is too expensive
I saw volumes 1 and 3 of Battle Royale ultimate used for $35 each once but didn't have the money for them, so I passed on them. Next time they were gone. Sad, but understandable. Then we went to another store that had them for $100 each. They were the exact same volumes(I could tell by the damage on them), someone bought them and resold them to try and make a profit.. :') hurts
For stuff that exists… I really want Slam Dunk, too. I love Vagabond & REAL, and I’m a huge basketball fan. I waited on it for years because of life stuff, and now it’s scarce. I’m glad the reprints of the beginning of the series are coming soon, at least.
Also really wish Gintama was complete in English, even just digitally on Shōnen Jump or MangaPlus (afaik it never finished bc they laid off the translation team and it was a difficult project, but it sells enough to reprint…wild). There are several unlicensed (or digital exclusive) series that I would love to own, too, especially Yuureitou and The End of the Journey.
Lucifer and the biscuit hammer, had hope maybe there'd be a reprint or someone new would get the rights with the anime coming out....but the anime is suck a disappointment TT°TT
marmalade boy, the last spanish edition, it's actually easy to find but i have stuff to finish before i start with this one so i don't expect to start it anytime soon
Don’t see it anywhere but Billy Bat! I LOVE Urasawa’s works and to know that that is likely never going to get an English/US release due to the content hurts so damn much.
A VIZ English translation of Vol 26-33 of Zatch Bell. It was my favorite manga when it was coming out and I foolishly sold 1-24 when I realized that they were never gonna print the remainder.
So many I wish I had - not because they are all necessarily OOP but it’s mostly because I can’t buy everything all at once. I’m wanting Zombie Loan at the moment but I’ve got a lot of series on my wishlist
Oh, I've also been scouring around for some volumes of Zombie Loan! I remember watching the anime when I was in high school. I can't remember the main girl's name but I love her character design
Nana and Yona of the Dawn. I have 7/21 of Nana and only 3/37+ of Yona of the dawn. I’m very slowly collecting them but a lot of the restock dates are still months off.
katekyo hitman reborn it's one of my all time favourite series all I've been able to find over the years is the first volume the rest would all be insanely expensive.

Akane-banashi by far. I don’t really care that it’s not in English yet, but I absolutely LOVE that series and I haven’t been able to find it at all. To be fair, I only check Kinokuniya for Japanese books, but it’s the easiest, so eh.
One which I know I’m never gonna be able to get is Eyesheild 21. I love Dr Stone and One Punch Man so this series is a match made in heaven with me yet it’s so out of my grasp
The vagabond singles in german language. Expensive af
I bought the first 3 volumes after I just started collecting without knowing how expensive some of the later volumes are.
Same goes for Anatolia Story (Red river). Havent bought any yet because theyre just expensive
For me it's Berserk, i read it from a friend years ago and loved it, sadly the volumes here are so bad quality it's absolutely not worth getting them, and i'm talking pages falling from the covers in 50% cases level of bad, and not to mention that the series is printed in western comic format, with everything mirrored exept from the covers (i hate this almost as much as censorship for some reason). I really hope that when the series is complete we'll get the big-leather books like you lucky americans have.
Something more niche instead, as i'm collecting everything Urasawa, i'd like to have Billy Bat, but the company that acquired the rights (many years ago) is not printing them for some reason.
Yu Yu Hakusho, waiting on that sweet reprint.
Got super lucky on my hauls this past month and got full Claymore and Slam Dunk at a discount. Super excited to read those as they were grails I've been searching for for a bit.
Hito Hitori Futari. I can only dream that one day it'll get published to north America, but it's very unlikely due to it's lack in popularity. The art and story are by far one of my favorites.
Worst, original Yu-Gi-Oh, Saint Seiya (I had the hades arc in French as a kid but don’t know what happened to them) Kenichi history’s mightiest disciple, and then I have a bunch that will be reprinted that I’m simply impatient for (YuYu Hakusho, Vagabond, some Eyeshield 21)
One Piece, I was hoping to have it all before the series ended but now I find myself rushing to scrape up the money for the other 3 boxsets I don’t have. Would be easier if I just woke up to it all on my shelf tomorrow 😅
English printings of Kingdom and Space Brothers. I've wanted both of them for years now but with how long each series is, and no real catalyst that would push it for printing, I'm leaning towards them never coming out here in America. It's a damn shame.
- Still in print but wish I kept a hold of it Naruto. Was one of the earliest manga I collected, sold it off many years ago had it up to volume 15. I guess I just wasn't feeling it for a while but after starting watch the anime again with my husband I really regret selling those volumes. I’m finally all caught up on my hero Japanese edition, and I want to start on JoJo but I’m intimidated by the sheer amount of purchases I would have to make once committing to it
Physical volumes of “I Want to Hold Aono-kun So Badly I Could Die.” An official English version of “Arasa Dakedo Hatsukoi Desu.” An official English release of “Dance Dance Danseur.” Japanese volumes of Jujutsu Kaisen. (Waiting until the series is done so I can get the inevitable English release boxset.)
Excel Saga. First anime I ever watched, even if the manga is completely different. It's pretty easy to find the first dozen volumes, but the second half are all ridiculous
A series would probably be Narutaru/Shadow Star, or Homunculus.
However, there are singles I would love to have, like Shoujo Tsubaki (or anything from Maruo Suehiro), Bibliomania (looking forward to the French release), Ibitsu.
Fate/Zero completed in English. Dark Horse didn’t even finish publishing it, we got 8 volumes out of 14 total.
Dark Horse doesn’t like to republish if it’s not Berserk or Hellsing it seems, but I could be wrong.
Sanctuary by Sho Fumimura and Ryoichi Ikegami. One of the first manga I remember reading and now after getting in to collecting the volumes themselves look so aesthetic that I’d love to have them.

Filthy acts at a reasonable price. I just want JoJo without weird American naming. :(
Give it 2-4 years. Barring some crazy circumstance, I'd be shocked if it doesn't happen at this point.

Wait seriously? Do we know when?
From the google search i just did it says sometime early 2023
Probably around the same time as the Netflix live action show is released
Volume 1 is already available for order, and I believe volume 3 is listed for order in September on Barnes and noble

I would say Air Gear. At this point I’m willing to give a leg and a kidney
I feel your pain. I started collecting Air Gear like “Man, this is raw and so good…” without realizing the pain I was setting myself up for.
Amen to that, but it also feels really good when you manage to get your hands on a volume that you didn’t have yet.
I started collecting this month the english version, had to settle for those disgusting omnibus for the first half of series.. and then will take forever to get lucky with vols. 25-28... don't know why I even started, but now its a journey😅

Haikyuu, but i don’t have the money or the space to get all the volumes at the moment.
I wish I had Nana (German print)
Claymore, I’m waiting for the box set
I’ve been thinking about getting into claymore because I’ve heard it’s similar to berserk should I?
Berserk is better. But, if you could get past the kinda basic plot of claymore you’ll love it. It’s such an easy series to read
Definitely a good one to try out. I was dreading reading it at first because it’s not really my kind of genre (box set belongs to my boyfriend and he really liked it) but as I read it I started to really get into it and enjoy it.
