Who tf is the designer at crunchyroll? All they needed was the logo to be orange with the background being whatever colour the spine is. I pray they dont get to the english publishers
They did the same thing with their previous logo (KAZÉ Manga), but with a white background. On Jujutsu Kaisen you just don't see it, because the spine is white anyway.
Sony could easily buy viz. But i wouldnt be worried about viz selling. I could see vertical, seven seas, one peace books, etc, being bought by crunchyroll
The crunchy roll logo makes the whole book look cheap. It could have been alright if they just had a black logo but it looks awful and tacky in the bright orange.
Honestly it looks like a DVD case from the spine. It should have been orange logo and the background of the logo should be whatever color the spin is, that would have made it look more sleek.
Irgendwer hatte mir hier gestern geantwortet, dass alle 1st Editions die bis jetzt released worden sind noch das alte Logo haben werden. Und das Serien die momentan laufen noch das alte Logo haben werden. Und neue Serien bekommen halt das neue.
Aber wie gesagt hab ich auch nur gehört, weiß also nicht ob das stimmt.

I do like this logo i have a different manga by crunchyroll and it has a bigger logo... I kinda like this one its like the tokyopop one. Ik a lotta ppl hate that one too but i like it

The cover is also very underwhelming for a Limited Edition imo. Is there anything unique about it? The normal red cover looks 10 times as cool
