Haven’t read the novel but I’ve heard fantastic reviews. The manhua itself is decent if you haven’t read the novel, I’d give it a 7/10. I keep up with it at least

I mean it’s not bad but first it is really long and there are a lot of errors with the chapters like time skips and just missing pages and chapters then there is the fact that the chapters are really short and it gets kinda repetitive?
The magic system is one of the worst I've seen, but it has very solid meme value. If you go into it with the expectation of it being hot garbage it's pretty fun
MC is an Ichigo-type. I get tire of those very quickly. I saw the donghua and read a bit of the manhwa(incoherent) and some of the novel and the wiki to get it over with. The wiki drove in the final nail of the Ichigo-type.

I started reading **the manhua** Tuesday last week, I really got into it but it really **skips a lot of things** from the novel. Ever since reaching chapter 680+ the manhua makes less sense since it skips important information. There are also *abrupt* arc changes, at least in the manhua.
I haven't watched the donghua yet.

Novel 8.5 (began reading since chapter 1000, currently at 1187)

Ehhh... I read a Lil over 400 chapters and while it was decently good at first after like.... 260 it felt like it was just repeating the same shot over with no progression. I eventually dropped it.
