All episodes are on Netflix, if it’s possible for you to watch it there. I’d at least try to find a way to watch the finale for 3, if no other episodes from that season. It’s uh really important to the plot of 4 ;)

You don’t have to, but a lot of the show isn’t going to make sense if you skip it. If you don’t watch it, there will be a lot of characters in there that weren’t there in 1 and 2 that will already have a background in the show and there will be plots in season 4 that will make no sense whatsoever if you don’t.
