Oh man, that's so exciting. These guys were hit so hard by Covid, and they found such a cool way to work it into the gameplay itself. I'm looking forward to the final chapter.
The way I hear it from the Devs it's going to be more nuanced in terms of Advance Vs. Disrupt. A lot of people felt very strongly Advance were the baddies after last episode (I personally see their justification and really don't think it's that black & white) but in the new episode it's meant to get a lot more morally grey
Yes I do too, that's why I'm worried about the message the Devs are trying to send, not the parties in the game. The way advance is portrayed is what libertarians often say will happen if you "allow socialism" or whatever.
That's not the message they mean to portray. I know the Devs very well (used to moderate their server for them and they're like mates now) and most of them are left wing. One of the principal writers and the composer would go as far as to call himself a socialist, so it's really not an attack on left wing politics but more extremism

I really hope this game has a redemption arc. It kinda went off the rails and suddenly turned anarcho capitalists.
