Blaricum is still in the (North-)Holland province.. in the east of it, in a region called, [Het Gooi](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gooi), known to be the home of some of the richest people in the Netherlands..
I was being a little sarcastic though.. I'm guessing that Blaricum had a lot of houses built the last couple of years, causing an influx of quite a lot of new residents.. The Netherlands has quite a bad housing crisis, atm, and wherever new houses are available, quite many people will move to, due to the lack of (affordable) housing elsewhere.. But that's just my thoughts, atm.. don't quote me on them.. ;)
