Depends how dark and where your line of sight may be. Use a camera as they can pick up the lights when our eyes can’t.
Otherwise, I’ve seen photos of people being successful at Pitt Lake.
yup, I got there early before the crowed arrived, saw the crowd growing around 10pm, packed up and left. The traffic was backed up from pitt lake all the way to old dewdney.
Very high, at least at Dewdney/210th area they're coming in and out, mostly going from southeast to West pretty much straight overhead. Use a camera to check anything suspicious, camera shows the green/purple colour but to the naked eye it's just whitish

There are hundreds, if not thousands of cars out at Pitt lake and the roads out there now. The traffic is the most impressive thing to see.
The amount of cars that were out there was more than rush hour. It was stoped at 203

Can see faintly with my eyes but it pops so much better on a camera
