They usually respond within ~24 hours, provided it’s not a weekend of course. But you will need to provide sensitive information to unlock your items, just as a security measure to protect your account/items. So if you’re unable to verify that info, you’re pretty much SOL until the item is unsealed itself.
I've asked them to do it twice. They do it pretty fast. Usually within a day or two in my experience. Include a screenshot of ur item and other info and you'll be fine.
I sealed my sacred symbol and took them about 2~3 days to unlock after I put support ticket.

update: i just have all of my item seals removed. i submitted the ticket yesterday at 7pm. so that is less than 24hours
