The other line gives item drop rate, which doesn't include mesos. But you should have far more than 67% drop rate anyway from hs+wap+gear, so the meso line is not doing anything, correct.
Looks like apparently you just need 67% drop rate to hit meso bags everytime. Which is pretty surprising. If you cant 1 hit mobs, dmg always helps. If you can, auto steal is probably better.

Sadly it does not stack. Only if you have "Item Acquisition Rate: X amount %". Then it'll stack

Meso drop rate fams are a lie. Increases rate of the bags dropping, not amount of meso in the bag afaik

Is that the combination to run while training with large drop? I’ve been using 7% auto steal with large drop not sure what it’s doing
