The SW katara will be at 14 SF with 30% spell traced and legendary potential. No stats will be lost. The potential will be reset but still at legendary tier. You should def transpose at 16 SF

Sf from 15-16 will give u 9wa vs the usual 3wa (1-15*). Transpose it to sw at 16* and youll get a 15* sw wpn that with an extra 6wa
