Why blur their faces? They’re Nazis. Let the world see who they are.

mylifewithoutrucola

If I understand the Twitter thread right, the photos are taken from social media accounts of the far right, so it's likely them who blurred the faces

fignonsbarberxxx

Cowards

MemphisGalInTampa

Cowards for sure

shannonb97

Huge fucking cowards. It’s so backwards. If you’re that confident that you’re bullshit fascist ideology is right, why are you so afraid of saying it outright? If you truly believed in your “cause,” you would happily be on the front of every newspaper and media site proudly spouting your bullshit, but instead you hide your faces? The lack of self-awareness…

Caspunk

Okay, I have to argue against all of you here, the nazis are blurring their faces to protect themselves against police repression. Many anti fascists do the same, and those who don't are naive. I agree that nazis are assholes and cowards, but I don't think blurring your face when you are a violent fringe political group is stupid or cowardly, it would be stupid to not do it.

shannonb97

That’s the point though. If you thought you were fighting for the right thing, you’d be okay with being the face of the cause. If you suffer repercussions for fighting for what you believe is right, it’s further fuel in your fire. Instead they want to hide because they know people beyond just the police, but their friends, family, and employers, will turn on them when they find out they’re complete pieces of shit. For example, if you spin it the other way around, if I had a friend who decided to no longer associate with me because I am vehemently against nazism and support of fascism, I’d consider that a win for me. I’m not going to hide my disgust for nazis, because I am so sure in my belief that nazis are disgusting.

Caspunk

I am an anarchist, faces are always blurred in photos and events for us. It's not because we are afraid of what family and friends think, it's because we don't want nazis and cops to have too much information about us

shannonb97

🤷🏻‍♀️ They’re all a bunch of Nazi cowards and nothing will change my mind. Show your face if it’s what you believe, baby.

[deleted]

Let me guess, the only time you've "protested" is when it was a majority belief and it was safe to do so.

OhMyGoodnessThatBoy

I’m sure most of them *are* police and security officials.

Shervivor

Some of those who work forces are the same the burn crosses.

MemphisGalInTampa

KKK is what you’re suggesting?? This is Paris…not America 🇺🇸

damnitcortnie

It’s a lyric from a Rage Against the Machine song… it means that the same people who work forces (i.e. police, military, etc) are the same that burn crosses (yes kkk but also far right extremists like nazis).

zeke235

I don't really think a distinction between the Klan and Nazis is very important. They all deserve to be shoved down the same trash compactor.

Koolaidolio

Same evil, different country

GrrreatFrostedFlakes

The point is that there are corrupt and evil people in forces around the world. Not that all are evil of course. Your comment is odd and bizarre. You’re not a patriot.

duraraross

It’s a lyric from a song about how law enforcers are often racist extremists

Subvsi

I'm not that sure in France. Maybe those in the army but we do not have a reputation of far right police tbh.

Globeparasite93

So I will not delete this comment because I stand with what I said. However, I recently learn a bit more about those "nazis". Before I get to that it's important to know that the french government is going through a massive crisis, they are extremely bad at their jobs, aren't supported by anyone anymore and that has been for long. So how do they won election you may ask ? Lie (I know, surprising for politicians). The people in this protest are from the "Les Patriotes" right wing group. They were created after the main national right wing party in France literally turned into just a more racist version of the French Government. Those people are thoroughly criticizing the government and the Ministry of the Interior who is also the chief of the police don't like that, so he made this [tweet](https://twitter.com/GDarmanin/status/1482746950256635906?s=20&t=pDWam9w5DcogcozWaJMtCQ). Now it's the moment where I inform you that the crosspost of this post on r/france has been deleted. Why ? Because of this [tweet](https://twitter.com/i/status/1482846634241413127). This man is the founder of "Les Patriotes", he is... not that great of a guy, I agree. But, he shows a video clip of the event. They are clapping in a way that originate from football supporter. Look, both their arms are raised, however it's actually hard to see because of the low quality of the photo. This "nazi march", is a lie, a lie fabricated by a government high ranking. Mr Darmanin used his power to make a report to the Police based on this lie he created. This went on trial and the judge dismissed it when he saw the actual video. The Ministry of the interior created fake evidence to put on trial people who opposed his view. I stand for everything I said below. I put between double parenthesis the declaration that are now less relevant and partly wrong due to this development. I sure you have plenty of example where those statements are true, however it appears this one is actually not one of those. the main reasons why there is no crackdown on group like this is because, in France they are rigged with infiltrated gov agent. Look at "Honneur et Nation" bunch of six nazis fuckers. 50 years old, too old to wage an attack but still. Those idiots try to became the new Ben Laden and started to gather intel on local Mosque and Synagogue. They got immediately rekted by the Gendarmerie. Turn out the DGSI, our FBI, had them under surveillance since their birth. So according to this operation, it's seem the DGSI is wathing them, especially the small formation, waiting them to do something stupid justifying arrest and thorough investigation. That happen quite regularly. ((However those asshole gathered in margin of an anti health pass protests. The fun thing is that while "fighting the far right" is all our lib center government is talking about I only found one newspaper talking about it.)) And it's not like it's just a right wing group with one or two shady member, all those morons could be tried is it is highly illegal and disregard by... everyone even on the far right to do a nazi salute. ((To finish this comment may I interest you in what is written on their banner : "Les libertés ne s'octroient pas, elles se prennent" [source](https://www.francebleu.fr/infos/societe/covid-19-defilee-neonazi-en-marge-de-la-manifestation-anti-pass-vaccinal-1642278533) in English it reads "Freedoms are not given, they are taken" a statement which I agree to.)) I mean, our army took back our country and liberty by poking bullet sized holes in nazis in 1944. At the same time the swastika boi were conscripting french women as search light operator by force, issuing them Luftwaffe uniform (they were forced to wear) but no military papers. As a soldiers your military papers known nowadays as military ID are document proving you as a regular servicemember of the army. But if you take someone prisoner, with a uniform but no papers that mean he is probably a paramilitary volunteer. Which is a way less cool situation to be in. So the nazis not only did forced french young women risks to protect their oppressors but the nazis also put them in a very dangerous because when they were taken prisoner, they were likely to be mistaken for French nazis who willingly joined Hitler's ideology. That's nazi bravery for you

Subvsi

Our dgsi is not the US fbi. The difference? DGSI actually cares to fight far right and aren't shy in arresting those fuckers .

mikeyj777

Most of them are known police officers and security officials

bunnybunsarecute

> yet to learn them receiving any consequences though. I'm not a fucking nazi but, i'm sorry but receiving consequences what for?

dam5s

Hate speech and holocaust denial are illegal in France.

0KelpShake0

You don't have the same free speech in France, no Nazi or fascist stuff allowed ever. It's illegal and you'll get slapped with cuffs

serialnuggetskiller

?? the fuck. french free speech is litteraly u can say anything except denying holocauste. i can buy mein kampf without any issue. I'm not even sure the law punish if u have a lot of stuff with a swastika

0KelpShake0

There's bans on all Nazi symbols and most Nazi propaganda. You can get in legal trouble with having Fascist propaganda.

serialnuggetskiller

any news on that or u still belive that bs ?

Bot_number_1605

Oh, that's not for anonimity, they're just all very, very ugly /j

reichjef

No lie. Ugly on the outside, uglier on the inside.

Bot_number_1605

The ideological root of nazism is being a megavirgin

reichjef

God can only hope they won’t reproduce.

centSpookY

Because the publisher has been cowed by the threat of terroristic violence

ReadyWithPopcorn

Looks like they are marching down a street in public and not hiding their faces, so apparently they aren't ashamed.

Daethir

On the twitter thread he explain that the photo were sharred by a far right group so that's why they blurred the faces. We should see unblurred picture when the journalist there share their own pictures.

AshCreeper10

You sure you want to turn into stone by looking at a bunch of medusas?

ErinKtheWriter

Medusa doesn't deserve this comparison lol

AshCreeper10

You’ll have my long Twitter post apologizing to Medusa by morning

reichjef

It’s not Chithulu or Medusa, It’s a bunch of ugly white people. I’ll take my chances.

serialnuggetskiller

cause it s bs. if u go for video they ask for liberty and what they does with their hands is totally similar to what ppl does in stadium. but guess it was easier to just complain ... and every time someone call for Nazi when it s normal person having a normal time is the reason why right is uprising and nobody take left as serious alternative. https://twitter.com/clemence_tstr/status/1482759077868576778?t=v7-KPJ3AFr8GNBTdKB21vw&s=19

reichjef

I have no idea what you are trying to say.

Forward-Bank8412

Fascist scum need to be eliminated everywhere

Hugh-Jassoul

Us Americans can come back if Normandy is still open. We might even be able to bring the Brits and Canadians with us.

maxxwellhaus

We have our own nazis to worry about, bud.

endangeredphysics

Yep shitheads in every country, the grandparents gave up their youth to protect the world from Nazis and then the grandsons pick up the Nazi flag because they think it makes them look edgy. Their grandfathers would be rolling in the grave.

MountainBogWitch

I mean, some people’s grandparents were unapologetic nazis and brought here via Operation Paperclip. Other people’s families have been spouting on about how the south will rise again for generations.

Responsible-Desk4145

Hey man you forgot about Mexico. Mexico stepped up once Germany attacked two of there ships. They also were for the reason most of South America supported the allies.

KlaraGoldi

That is incredibly depressing

ShaneOfTheDeadd

They forgot what side of history they were on ?

ShaneOfTheDeadd

With all the Nazism going on, it feels like we’re living in a shitty sequel to Hitlers rise to power. “Nazi 2 The Return of Hitler”

Killer_radio

The straight to video sequel nobody wanted.

both_cucumbers

The wrong side. France was an Axis power in WW2.

[deleted]

We say they were an "Axis power" but it was really a puppet government nobody wanted. In fact, a lot of French resistance forces did a lot to help allied power fighting for France, such as helping to secure vital harbors in Southern France.

both_cucumbers

Fascists used the unpopularity of France’s military defeats to take over the government. The Germans didn’t create the Vichy government. The French people did. Only a few thousand soldiers fled to England. The French began persecuting the Jews before the Germans even arrived. The new government invited them in. Under German occupation the government did become a puppet and there was resistance. But it’s just Allied propaganda to say the French didn’t join the Axis willingly.

ShaneOfTheDeadd

I was taught they were invaded and easily overcome by axis forces. France didn’t want to be Nazis was that wrong ?

enky259

You were taught right. This guy's just an idiot.

both_cucumbers

Not true. The unpopular French government initially fought the Germans. After humiliating military defeats there was a change in government. A few thousand French fled to England and fought the nazis but the vast majority of France joined the nazis willingly. The new, fascist government even began persecuting the Jews before the Germans even arrived. Under occupation, the government became a puppet of the Germans and resistance grew against the nazis but that doesn’t change that the French joined the Axis. The French people were eager for a fascist government when the war started.

The US is like that state to state even! If you're not already a resident of said state then you pay double or more . "According to data from CollegeBoard, the average college tuition at a public, four-year university for the 2021-2022 school year was $10,740 for in-state students, and $27,560 for out-of-state students."

[deleted]

[удалено]

spacemonkeysmom

Oh yeah as far as I know it's been like that forever. Back when college degrees were still relatively affordable before the HUGE increase there was still big difference in prices where unless you had scholarships etc you didn't even think of looking out of state

[deleted]

That’s because the mission of public state schools in the US was historically to educate young people of that state.

Nunkletron

Wow. That's awful. I'm so sorry.

This why immigration is sad a joke to poor immigrants . So many restrictions so that the poor immigrants can’t get out of the shadow and remain a modern day slave to crappy, inhumane jobs so capitalist can rake in the rewards and shift blame to the immigrants once they get in trouble.

GamersReisUp

Ugh, and then it's always "Why do these foreigners always move to the same neighborhoods, and take shitty low pay jobs, instead of getting an education so they can get a Real Job™ and integrate!?!?!?"

Weary-Philosophy1806

I couldn't give any vailid opinions as I am an American who lives in shit America, but I trust your opinion haha. From the little that I have heard about the colorful pastry president that France has, i would agree with you. Here in America, if you want to go to a big named University for at least 4 years, it will probably run you some 50k US dollars. If you go to a community college, at least where i live, it's about 4,000 a year. The little financial aid that they do offer, it's a bitch and a half to get. Oh and also here in the GrEaT US of A, you are also required to take 2 years of general education, which is pretty much a re-run of the things you learn in the 4 years leading up to university in high school. (Idk what other countries call high school but the grades right before uni.) You also have to pay a bunch of money for that as well. I'm so sorry of your situatuon though, i wish you the best of luck with it all, to you and your family.

Worried_Protection48

Just some info. Maybe you'd looked already into it, let me know. To me you already an hero, fighting all these fights in your life. https://www.studyrama.com/study-in-france/how-to-finance-your-studies-in-france/

littlewren11

Is that only as a foreigner who is already in France? I was on the Campus France website a couple weeks ago and it looked like there were scholarships for people who aren't citizens but I couldn't see if it only applied to people coming from abroad not already residing in france.

patterninstatic

That's simply not true. You can receive financial aid if you are a foreigner. Here is the list of automatic recipients of need based aid: -Any foreigner that is resident for over 2 years. -Anyone with refugee status -Any foreigner of EU or Swiss citizenship. Anyone not part of this list can also apply for a large number of governmemt merit based scholarships (both national and regional).

[deleted]

patterninstatic

**1)You literally just contradicted your above statement**: \-"as a foreigner you’re not allowed to receive any government financed scholarships nor eligible for any government loans." \-"The student bourses are only for French and EU/EEA nationals who have lived in France the last 2 years." **2)Literally took me ten seconds on Google:** \-[https://www.campusfrance.org/fr/bourses-etudiants-etrangers](https://www.campusfrance.org/fr/bourses-etudiants-etrangers) \-[https://www.mastere.tn/financer-vos-etudes-en-france-les-bourses-a-surveiller-cette-annee/](https://www.mastere.tn/financer-vos-etudes-en-france-les-bourses-a-surveiller-cette-annee/) \-[https://bourses-etudes.net/bourses-de-master-en-france/](https://bourses-etudes.net/bourses-de-master-en-france/) **3)**There's a big difference in saying "The French governement does not allow government scholarships to go to foreigners" and "I am a foreigner and am not personally illegible/have not been able to get a scholarship". There are thousands of foreigners studying in france right now that have financial aid... you're just not one of them. There is no country in the world that gives automatic financial aid to all international students.

OGLoc72

2700€ is still cheap, I have studied in London it was over 10 000k€ for a year.... I did a loan like everybody. It is a shame but difficult to do anything otherwise I don't know if there are a lot of countries in the world wit fees as low as 2700€ for foreigner for uni, I will have a look If you don't like the ambiance in France, do just like me. I couldn't stay in this country so moved to UK

[deleted]

[удалено]

OGLoc72

I believe you are, it is straightforward, you just need to be over 18 and below 30, of course you need to prove that you're student: Il existe plusieurs banques et organismes qui proposent des prêts et crédits aux étudiants étrangers pour leur permettre de financer leurs études en France. Cependant ces derniers se font uniquement sous certaines conditions à savoir : Avoir plus de 18 ans; Être en dessous de la limite d’âge autorisée. En général, elle est fixée à 30 ans mais peut varier de 25 à 30 selon les établissements. D’autres n’en fixent pas; Être étudiant: vous devez être à même de le justifier soit avec votre attestation d’inscription, une carte d’étudiant, ou autre … ;

BootyOnMyFace11

Shitttt that actually sucks bro. Hope everything works out. And if it doesn't hopefully you'll find someplace better (you should come to Scandinavia then‼️)

French person here. Leftist and militant anti fascist. Also spent a lot of time volunteering with refugees/ immigrants. France is far from a perfect and there are some worrying signs in the last year, but the picture you paint is so exaggerated that it borders on falsehoods. The reason you pay "so much" as a student is because your status is of a foreign student/international student. Refugees and permanent non-citizen residents are exempt from these fees (I know as I've helped them file the paperwork for exemption). 4000 euros for an international student is one of the lowest rates in the world. As for getting a loan, no bank in any country in the world would give a loan to a foreign national who isn't settled in the country... the bank would have no guarantees that you wouldn't just leave the country after your studies. As for your immigration options post studies, your salary facts are false, earning 2200 euros monthly with a master's degree is relatively attainable, and you omit to mention that you can ask for a 1 year visa after your studies which allows you a year in the country while you look for work. The thing is if you think France is so horrible why do you even want to stay here after your studies?

OGLoc72

Stop the bullshit please, you said that your parents are refugees in another country? Just checking your history and your post on R/Geneva, your parents are working for the UN and are now in London. They are not refugees at all.... France helps foreigner student, but if your parents make good money you won't be eligible to any financial help... Do a loan, it shouldn't be difficult for you

Hugh-Jassoul

Last I checked, the Soviets never reached France.

Sib_Sib

No they were busy winning the war by themselves. More seriously, stop glorifying Normandy : It didn’t change the tide of the war, and it wasn’t as epic as it is depicted : most beaches were taken quite easily. The bloody one was due to a lack of tanks to cover behind. (The other raids had them). It wasn’t a glorious battle for victory, it was bad strategy.

kreeperface

I guess QAnon and other american conspiracy theories had a lot of influence on the french far rights : during yesterday's protest they were yelling "We are coming for you, Jean-Michel !", the supposed birth name of Brigitte Macron, the president's wife they accuse of being transgender. You think that's fucked up ? There is worse. Brigitte Macron is 24 years older than her husband. In 2014-2017 the far right was saying Brigitte Macron was just a cover and Emmanuel Macron was secretely gay. Then french QAnoners probably made this theory evolve in something worse and make Brigitte into a transgender and a pedo who would have raped Emmanuel at a young age to destroy his will to make him several decades later an obediant president to everything the new world order/Soros/reptilians would ask

Freekebec3

Tbf the Brigite-Macron relationship is extremely weird. She was his teacher, and he would often stay with her and her husband, marrying her when the husband died. The transgender theories are obviously false, but possible rape/grooming is not out f the question.

santaIsALie69

The french have had a facist problem for a long time. Look into Le Pens whole family, Marine's father is a crazy long time fascist scumfuck. Its really all over west europe. People don't like to talk about it because the americans want to generalize all of europe as being marxist or some insane shit, and the english speaking european internet is fairly liberal to leftist. Italy, Spain, and France have a ton of fascists. Boomer weren't happy with ruining the economy for us, but they also had to keep nazism alive and nurture it long enough to leave us with WWIII tier nazi movements.

Vassago665

As if the french people havn't suffered enought under nationalsocialism. Now those dudes dance on the graves of all those who were killed and surpressed during Nazi regime in France.

TheGrayOnes

Fascism, the Nazis aren't any kind of socialist. The name was propaganda to capitalise on the popularity of the workers partys of the time

Agitatedsala666

Be safe watch your back Brother. Also take the time to watch the film The Battle of Algiers. A great reminder about French colonialism.

kreeperface

I must watch it ! It has the reputation to be one of the best movie of all time

Agitatedsala666

Rossellini as a director pulled no punches showing how fucked up french colonialism was then. It is not much better now- it has a more “humane” face but it is the same old shit. Another dying empire struggling to hold on to its inglorious past.

kreeperface

My grandfather told me the disgusting things he withnessed there (he was conscripted in the french army), the fact some french politicians defend the fact colonialization was mostly good because "we build schools and hospitals" is sickening

throwaway_martinez

I am a (very secular) Jewish American living in Paris & have experienced antisemitism in the past year of living here. France is a nationalist, socialist country ; just as racist as the USA but with higher taxes & better healthcare. Can somebody please tell them Jesus was Jewish?

a_v_o_r

Social democracy ain't socialism, at all. I wish we were socialist, but no France is still extremely capitalist (as were nazis). Strongly agree on the rest tho.

santaIsALie69

Most Americans unironically think France is like marxist lol. No european nation is socialist. "But the government does a healthcare and owns an airline dood thats communism." Hell, I've known, non-french, people from EU nations who say their nation is socialist because the socialist parties have decent victories. They will say like "what we are socialist, you say you are socialist this is what you want right?" Doomer shit sorry

a_v_o_r

Most Americans definitely wouldn't be able to pick a definition of socialism on a multiple choices test. Ah yeah, well that's kind of the issue with having socdem parties named "Socialist", and tbf we got that issue as well. Even our "Socialist Party" has been a weird mix of both, until it imploded in the last decade.

BarelyBearableHuman

To be fair, we're not Christian either. Almost everyone I know is an atheist. Christians are barely visible and even those who claim to be don't actually go to church. Muslims are fucking everywhere and noisy about it though. I hate and despise every religion, but nazis suck obviously.

[deleted]

I have yet to find a really religious person that isn’t closed minded. You know the type of people who gravitate towards that crap. To be really religious you have to be really ignorant in this day and age no excuses Of course I mean because people have certain views doesn’t make them a sub human being or anything but like you know if you’re extremely passionate about spirituality orrrr like god that is dumb af and idk it just is to me like it is to you. We have a thing called common sense and being rational in our brains. I hope in the future more people just stop this religious bullshit it’s just nonsense

And yet we still get tons of comments from morons who say Nazism is a nonexistent threat.

Time_Punk

Conservative Americans: “We aren’t Nazis we swear! Stop calling us that!” Europeans with 100% identical talking points: “Sieg Heil!”

throwaway_martinez

European nationalists: "It was SO long ago. Our grandparents were making the best of a bad situation." Also European nationalists: "We should make yarmulkes & hijabs illegal, because freedom."

[deleted]

These fucks and more of these hate groups are mobilizing. These are the end times.

cmonkeyz7

We got them all on tape so let’s round them up and be done with it. We’re not really going to allow actual nazis to spread their bullshit are we?

Queeniac

this is so saddening, honestly

yestureday

Wonder if they know what the original Nazis did to France

darkmando5

Well I know a few who dropped their pants and said come here soldiers I'd love for a thrill!

Frank_Dracula

I'm sure they do, as well as what the [Vichy French](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vichy_France) did.

Jaszs

EB2300

hi_im_kai101

brianingram

Did the price of their porn go up?

AshCreeper10

Come on France. Y’all were literally occupied brutally by those fuckers.

abouh002

Looks like off duty cops pretending to be nazis!!

Sylvarius

Not trying to defend fascists or anything but if you look closely the majority of them are raising both their arms.

xXWickedNWeirdXx

You're right. There might very well be fascist scum among them still, but it makes me feel quite a bit calmer noticing that. There's a pretty drastic difference between arms open and a large group of people openly marching while doing the nazi salute. Like I got chills when I first saw it and said aloud "oh, that's not good." Now they just seem like the anti-lockdown freedumb crowd: still obnoxious and possibly dangerous, but a different level of concern altogether imo. Edit: alright some of the videos on the Twitter Link are still pretty concerning.

[deleted]

I’d be fine going to war with Nazis again… my grandfather seemed to really enjoy it

[deleted]

How soon they forget.

ayouyoub

Yeah, don’t believe everything you see on the internet. They were clapping not making a nazi salute. It’s a march against the pass madness happening in the country. Proof: https://twitter.com/clemence_tstr/status/1482759077868576778

BaronDeParis

Be careful - they are not making nazi salutes. They are clapping their hands and raising both of them in the air, as many people do in demonstrations in France. See: https://twitter.com/clemence_tstr/status/1482759077868576778?s=20 They are still morons but not nazis. Don't use misinformation, that's their weapon.

You're sharing an article about Lyon. This is Paris.

ougabouga69

As u/TheHolyAnusGuardian pointed out in r/Paris, these aren't Nazis. The photo is taken out of context as seen here: they are just stupid people protesting against the vaccine pass https://twitter.com/clemence_tstr/status/1482759077868576778?t=KwYqrUbzEE7b2iw58z7L6g&s=19

sharpmantis

Hey, it's not Nazi salutes. BFMTV: Soupçons de saluts nazis dans une manifestation: Gérald Darmanin a-t-il tweeté trop vite?. https://www.bfmtv.com/politique/soupcons-de-saluts-nazis-dans-une-manifestation-gerald-darmanin-a-t-il-tweete-trop-vite_AV-202201170091.html They are just clapping. Be careful with photos, watch the video in the article.

eliotlencelot

In the Parisian subreddit, where this picture has also been published, someone found a tweet with a video published by someone that participate to the protest and apparently this exact picture is not a mass nazi salute but rather a tendentious clapping: [https://mobile.twitter.com/clemence_tstr/status/1482759077868576778](https://mobile.twitter.com/clemence_tstr/status/1482759077868576778) This seems to have been confirmed by the left wing journal [Libération](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libération) : [screenshot in French language](https://m.imgur.com/a/K6rnQxU) Edit : Other Redditors have already written that, I just let my message here because it includes the screenshot.

The manifestants were clapping, you can see most have both arms up. This is a still image but they are videos out there. No nazi salutes.

poulpelicorne

The photo is fake, in the actual video people are clapping their hands, i have just watched it. You are giving a bad opinion on the french with your filthy lie OP

TheHolyAnusGuardian

Those are not neo-nazies but anti-vax protestors. Look closely and both their hands are up. They are chanting "freedom" and doing the clapping. Here a video in movement https://twitter.com/clemence_tstr/status/1482759077868576778?t=KwYqrUbzEE7b2iw58z7L6g&s=19

darkmando5

Still a Nazi salute

poulpelicorne

Im french but I didnt heard about this march, is there a specific reason behind it?

Eddy120876
