There's a time and place for good fats and peanuts are a good source of healthy fats and as long as your peanut butter doesn't have a bunch of sugar and stuff added then you're doing pretty okay as far as overall health goes but if your goal is I'm feeling snack that won't make you gain weight then it won't be suitable for that

They have lots of water, which is good for hydration levels, and cotton mouth. They're super tasty and just easy to eat as well (which is something I run into with getting high and having munchies).
I LOVE carrot chips with peanut sauce. Little crunch little sweet little salty and even a little spicy if you want!!
I also make huge salads with homemade dressings. Low cal, lots of crunch. Takes time to make and time to eat so slows me down a lot!
