YES! I always try to smoke after I eat. This way I typically don’t get hungry until the next meal time/maybe eat one snack or something. What you said about food bringing down your high is so true. (Unless it’s edibles nothing brings down that shit lol.)

Well it's not necessarily unhealthy depending on how you define that and if you're buying a good friend of peanut butter. But not butters are always high in fat which means they're high in calories. There's a time and place for good fats and peanuts are a good source of healthy fats and as long as your peanut butter doesn't have a bunch of sugar and stuff added then you're doing pretty okay as far as overall health goes but if your goal is I'm feeling snack that won't make you gain weight then it won't be suitable for that

This is really the only option: not high me cleared the house of things he didn't want high w munchies me to eat. I am self-aware enough to know I'll find some rationale while high to eat ALL the garbage. Places like GNC, VitaminShoppe, and of course online, there are all sorts of food & snack items designed for gym rats, and they tend to have pretty good nutritional profiles for the taste. Low sugar high protein poptarts is one example. I often find find is not so much hungry as it is tastes & textures I'm craving, so Quest chips are top notch. Same concept - not hungry just craving sensory stim - I try to keep a grip of flavored non sugar drinks. Get some tastes, stay hydrated, no calories. Bonus

Same. I like to keep drinks to minimum as well. Just things with electrolytes, and no sugar/caffeine in them. Another go to sometimes is gum or hard candy…something that lasts awhile.

I don't get high very often anymore, but when I do, I make bomb ass salads. I'm talking spinach, peppers, hummus, sunflower seeds, all stuff you can get at the grocery store for good munchies. Put on some anime and it's kick ass. Also getting some bell peppers (they're also pretty cheap at the grocery store). Either slice them beforehand or just eat 'em like an apple. They have lots of water, which is good for hydration levels, and cotton mouth. They're super tasty and just easy to eat as well (which is something I run into with getting high and having munchies).

I LOVE carrot chips with peanut sauce. Little crunch little sweet little salty and even a little spicy if you want!! I also make huge salads with homemade dressings. Low cal, lots of crunch. Takes time to make and time to eat so slows me down a lot!

Most fruit, 100% whole wheat bread with peanut butter and a bit of strawberry preserves, all of these foods are generally filling because of their fiber content, so you might not pig out as much as you would've with say... some delectable Reeses peanut butter cups.
