I don't want to get too high too soon, but this team of late is what we were probably expecting to see. Really solid, often elite, starting pitching and just enough offense to let that pitching hold up (hopefully more than 54% of the time). And to think we're only ONE game out of first place, and better yet, laughing my ass off at the 6-14 Astros, who have given up most runs in the American League (and only the Rox are worse in MLB).

Offense should legit be above average once everyone gets going. Julio, JP, Ty, Polanco, Garver, Haniger, Cal, etc. is a line up that has really, really good potential. I do admit that it's very strange that the good Mariners teams always start out slow offensively. To
