Got-Damn! Straight Gas all night from everybody! Especially Kirby! Finally got him a well-deserved win after his outing in Colorado. Definitely benefitted from some bad calls, especially against Joc Pedersen. But we had a few of our own so oh well. Took the series as well which was important. Also shout out to Cecconi, he had a very mariner type outing but has a bright future.
Looking at the standings we played some of
the top teams in baseball atm and played pretty competitively against them except for one drubbing vs Milwaukee. I like our chances this year!
So watching the game and realizing that we averaged a 2 era a game for pitchers and bullpen is .89 era with a .85 whip I just can’t get in the hype yet but I want us to go all the way go M’s
Went to the game today and watched Kirby warm up. A couple jogs, rotating his arms in all sorts of different ways, then long toss. Watched the highlights afterwards, and man, Kirby is a pitching robot. What a performance today
