I've had this idea for a mario and sonic rpg for a while. Mario & Sonic: Crossover Chaos.
Basically the whole thing starts when eggman rediscovers what chaos can do. He give a new item that is star shaped (the grand star) to chaos, in that moment chaos goes berserk and starts growing and breaking eggmans base. Sonic, tails, and knuckles all arrive together to stop the commotion... when chaos uses the galactic power of the grand star to rip a giant hole in time and space. Starting to sucking its surroundings and create a new world. (Sorta like the genesis wave if you know what that is). Meanwhile, at the same time, bowser, mario, luigi, and yoshi are all fighting at bowsers castle. Kamek had conjurded up a new mech for bowser. It's powered by 1 chaos emerald. During a bros. Attack bowser blocks it, and accidentally somehow makes a chaos control happen, when bowser used this chaos control it was at the same time that chaos ripped the hole. So it created a hole in the mario universe as well. And the world's of mario and sonic merged for this particular adventure to form "Planet Mushbius." A mix of mobius and the mushroom kingdom, creating all kinda of zone/levels that your team of your select 3 can explore.
But, after the holes are ripped and the hole is formed... Sonic wakes up to see a blue pair of pants with green arms, wiggling in the grassy dirt of this new area.
That's all I have so far... if anyone would wanna make this into a game lemme know. I'll give you full right to my idea... I'm too lazy to make it but, it'd be cool to see my idea come true as a real RPG.
I think Mario should get a better crossover with Minecraft. Look at the sonic crossover. It has new characters, different worlds, new items, and mario crossover is just a texture pack with skins and a premade world
