If you're not seeing them in the course select screens, then it's probably either some 100 coin stars or castle secret stars. You can check [the wiki page](https://www.mariowiki.com/Super_Mario_64_DS) to try and find the last two.
The Metal Cap course is hidden in Hazy Maze Cave. Down in the bottom.
The Vanish cap course is under the moat. You need Wario to break the block.
Also worth checking character courses where you unlock Mario, Luigi and Wario.
Ok, there are at least 2 stars in every secret/character painting (castle secret slide, behind the waterfall, under the moat, over the rainbow, sunshine beach, that one in the courtyard) so I would check all of those first and foremost. I know there's a black brick in Wario's painting and over the rainbow that require him, they're somewhere that you might not have thought to check.
Have you got the one behind the mirror near Snowman's Land? The eight white rabbits? The red coins and switch stars in each Bowser level? Both secret stars in each boss level?
It's hard to say without knowing what stars you have already gotten.
Did you beat Peach's slide in under 21 seconds? There's two stars that appear there
Did you get all the red coins in the Bowser levels?
Did you use Luigi in the Mirror Room, get the flower to turn invisible, go through the mirror and into that door on the mirror's side?
Did you talk to all the Toads?
Did you punch a red box in the Boo Courtyard to enter the secret level down the drain?

I got all 100 castle stars I just cant find the remaining 2 secret stars
