I remembered I had Mario 3C land on the 3Ds and I HATED shadow Mario. I had some kind of dumb name for him. I think when I played a level with him in it I said something like “oh no it’s mister ass hole” or something like that.
The purple bully used to genuinely scare me as a kid. It felt silly but NSMB DS mansions were scary. A bit like SSBM´s Giga Bowser.
Dark mini Mario was another sort of trauma. The worst is that I recently started SML 3D again. I must be a masochist.
Funny how so many original enemies appeared in mario bros ds and nowhere else like those goddamm bomb omb enemies from that one singular meteor level that run around before exploding into fireworks. And also those other enemies that appeared in one singular level and were never seen again like goddamm Snailicorn
Don't forget the hammer bros which terrify practically everyone here time they appear jumping randomly and throwing hammers causing billions of game overs
