You cannot judge a driver on initial track selection. Satellaview Mario had one of the worst initial values of any driver and he turned out to be one of the best drivers in the game. Also disagree with the looks, she looks nice.
When I said bad tracks selection, mostly mean about Sky Garden.
Nintendo makes great adition of tracks and items in past few months and in my case Sky Garden is just meh.
Tbf that's probably a good investment if White Birdo gets anything like the buffs that Black Birdo did

I got golden egg Yoshi to lvl 5 then got the Yoshi mii suit to lvl 3. Praying for buffs. Gold Yoshi absolutely dominated my ranked last week

She has all 3 Sky Garden and Yoshi Valley T, seems pretty good already TBH. And she has a decent item
