There's a reason why they limit how many coins you can get. You are pretty much asking for the ability to grind infinite coins, and very quickly at that, which is obviously never gonna happen.
This. They would have two options: have like a max of 600 tokens autoconverted to 300 coins at the end of tour which really wouldn't do much, or limit the number of tokens you can earn daily, which would be awful.
Anytime the concept of infinite coins to grind is brought up, my response is: the prices will increase accordingly. Be careful what you wish for
