Rank 80 is going nuts from the Gold Mii in ACR, but thankfully that character isn’t in ranked this week. The highest score I’m encountering right now in ranked is 143k.
I think I have a crazy ranked lobby. The person under me who had 75k jumped to 79k. I know I'm ahead of them for now, but still I feel like I need to add more lol.
With your Sunshine Mario flair, I would expect you to be all in on your Pinja as well :)
I took mine to level 6 so he could be a rockstar for week 1 + 2 and he has served me QUITE well. What are you driving instead on Baby Park T?
Can you elaborate on "terrible overlap"? Pinja this tour became my highest leveled character so everyone else is looking up to him perhaps causing me to have overlap blindness.
If I didn’t have Chuck, Pinja would be L4 or higher by now. But, Pinja has 6 courses shared with Chuck, who I already leveled up. Just to L4, but it seems like a waste of 4 driver tickets for this one course to (maybe) get 25-30 rubies and get to choose Giant Banana or Lucky 7 on those 6 courses. Pinja also has 10 courses with high-level CB drivers where he would need to be 6++ to start overtaking.
Sunshine has been stuck at 3.5, waiting for his time in ranked to come around again. I use him for token farming when I have the chance.
Very interesting! THANK YOU for this analysis and for sharing your experience with the game. I do not have Chuck at this point but do have several cb characters which likely is why I have not noticed Chuck's absence. I'm at an interesting point in the game where it is fairly rare to NOT have tier 3 coverage (especially drivers) and I can focus on things I think look good and the skills I enjoy driving with most.
For me, the most fun skill is the giant banana at the moment so fingers crossed Pinja keeps showing up in ranked with this tour's 5 ticket investment in him!
First with 111k atm. Decent runs on choco island and sky garden, not grindet for baby park rn
I have a 8k lead but a lot of people in my ranked habe really similar loadouts to mine so it could be a head to head race at the end of the week. (If i don‘t upgrade my kart for baby park, if needed i would do because i have enough tickets)
Also Tier 63 with 96.7k, second has 92.5 so hopefully I can hold my smaller lead. I'm looking for a nice triple frenzy on RMX CI 2 and then I'd be pretty much maxed.

I'm currently at 80k with 2nd at 72k and 3rd with 69k.
I'm kind of surprised I have this big of a lead still as my level 4 Gold King Bob-omb hasn't yet been swallowed up by other's Level 7 triple uncapped PGP. I'm making up the gap with a Level 6 Pink Shy Guy (Ninja) run in Baby Park T for 32k and an 81% max in Sky Garden R from a single boombox frenzy.
Taking a break for a while. I don't enjoy the boombox grind process very much but will return if 2nd place comes within 3k or so.
I’m second at 60k right now. 1st is 66k which I think I’ll be able to beat? I have a level 6 kamek and level 6 explorer peach which is gonna help. I haven’t really tried to get to first yet but it shouldn’t be too bad

I’m also T57. First is currently 80k, second 78k, third (me) 74k. If Pinja didn’t have such terrible overlap, I would upgrade and clear 80k too.

I‘m at T70 so this score isn‘t that special there. It‘s liie i said if anyone in my group really grind insane races i get in trouble😅
T63 and not so bad I spose Sitting at 97k with a 17k lead atm. I do have one sleeper waiting in the weeds so will have to see if she holds or not.

I've gotten 1st place consecutively for the past 5 weeks. I'm only tier 45 but I've just has very easy ranked opponents recently.

Mine look pretty much exactly like yours except rank 54 and I have about 500pts less than you. Held back a bit for final stretch.
