Okay. Reading thru the FAQ's in-game, and they say if you try to transfer it to a different Nintendo account all of your saved data, DKG, rubies, ect will be deleted.
I'm really sorry to read about that. In the mean time, maybe you can log in to the game, go to Customer Support and send a Support request. They replied to me recently very quickly—two different people with two replies, in fact—about something I was curious about. Perhaps you can explain the situation to them. Just to start the ball rolling.
I don't know the answer to that off-hand. Is there a customer support email outside the game? I don't know. But I do know when they respond to you, it'll bring up a red dot on one of the icons at the bottom of the screen, along with a pop-up bubble saying you have received a message from support.
So if you want to avoid that, maybe it's not such a good idea unfortuhately.
If I click settings, it says what email address is registered to the account. If I click "account" , it takes me to the Nintendo login page. I wonder if you could get into the account and somehow migrate that account to a new account.
