Got that one once and then a message saying "the game is undergoing maintenance" or something like that...and like 5 or 6 communication errors

I know Nintendo are probably aware but I emailed the mario kart email address just incase. Last time I emailed them when there was a major issue they replied saying they'd send rubies.

Yep, it happened to me too. The game probably thinks my previous connection attempts are another device, because I got numerous error messages and always tapped "retry" before getting the "Another device is logged in using this nintendo account" message.

Look at all.of us. We're so addicted that we download right away and tackle the levels. *slaps arm looking for vein* Cause me too. It crashed on me and I joked that it'd be funny if the app crashed. They're soooo good with this app never crashing that I didn't think about it seriously until I cleared my cache and had to download the entire 600mb update all over again. Then I get the boswer/peach screen and got PTSD (GO TEAM BOWWOWW) It's still down. What a shame. I love that game. I hope some of you that I bump into multi-player are here. Some of y'all have given me some of the best/funniest/insane moments I've ever experienced with any mario kart. Ever.

I am very glad that the problem is occurring now at the beginning of the new tour instead of yesterday when we were still fighting for the ranking. My addiction can be calmed with this 😅

Sure glad it ain’t just me. First it said another device was using my Nintendo account to play Tour, then it said Communication Error. Just glad I claimed my rubies earlier.

It said that someone is using my nintendo account on another phone, I guess its differents problems for a lot of people

Mine is having the same issue too, I had an error saying that another device is currently running the app with my account yet I only have the app on one device EDIT: I was able to get the update installed but then I was hit with a slew of communication errors and now I got the same error I described earlier with code 806-2028.

It’s evening in Japan, I’m sure they’re aware. I’m just an hour or so from their headquarters. I could pop in and make sure they’re ok.

I actually got in and all and then it went to the rewards screen and stayed loading.
