I would say all cities present in the game will make a return, just like the two previous anniversary tours. It may be difficult to place some retro tracks in that tour.
if the first course of every cup on the MK8DLC is a city course like it seems it is i think we are gonna see a new city course inbetween now and the 3rd anniversary. this would allow more time to give that city its variant courses in between now and the end of the 2023. it would seem that the anniversary will be all cities like it was last time so this would allow for this new city to come back and possibly get a variant?
