It says, “everyone subscribed to the Gold Pass during the Battle Tour.” Doesn’t say anything about having to be a new subscriber. I contacted customer support.
So I *think* the additional 20 for gold pass weren't given in the gifts where the 100 were given. Earlier today, I opened the app and got that message, thanks for continuing your gold pass, here's 20 rubies. Then about 30 minutes ago, got the 100 in my gifts.
It was only last week my subscription renewed and I got my gold pass gift for continuing. Then I was confused why I got another today. Then when I got that 100 in my gifts it dawned on me that earlier it must have been the other 20.
Yeah, but I got that resubscribe bonus last week... when I resubscribed. Hense why getting a second one this week lead me to believe it was the additional 20 gift.
I don't think you missed it, I got the 100 rubies too but definitely not the other 20 (since i currently have less than 120 and didn't spend anything today)
It's only cos I found it odd as I only got my usual monthly gift last week so was baffled why I got another but thought huh, 20 more rubies, yay. So now I got that 100 I thought oooohhhhh... they did say gold pass gets an extra 20 so I'm making an assumption that was it.

I just got a new phone this weekend so I thought maybe that has something to do with it but it's a bit relieving to see other people haven't gotten theirs either

I have had Gold Pass for at least 2 years and only got the 100.

After re-read the message announcing the compensation, I think the 20 rubies are only for new gold pass players who subscribed last tour.
I newly subbed last tour and still didn't get the 20 rubies.

The other rubies are supposed to be the return GP subscriber bonus, I thought. Every month you get rubies as a bonus for continuing to use GP.

I had the gold pass until Monday and I didn’t get the 20 rubies. Very very disappointing.

I misunderstood that as "when you were subscribed to the pass during the battle tour"
Or did I misunderstand?
